The woman who was our server was nasty when two our our party of 12 informed her that their sodas tasted bad and asked for something else to drink. The menu lacks nutritious options. To respond to the owner's question, this was 100% what I ate last night and truthfully represents the menu. It was the smash burger with the bun removed - as seen in the photo and the sweet potato tots. I'm not a liar. I was trying to eat something that didn't kill my healthy lifestyle choice. At first, I only reviewed with stars. Since asked, now you get my comments. The food was meh at best. We stopped in last year or 2 years ago for bevvies (pre-dialed in nutrition plan) and thought it might work for our family. It's just a bar with bar food.

If you’re looking for a chill place with good food and drinks this may be the place.
My husband was able to get a dark beer on tap, can't remember the name, but it was really smooth. He also got the shrimp tacos which were delicious!
I got the Rockfish Sammie, but I was worried about the spice level and got the sauce on the side...no need it was a mild spice and would have been just fine. I got the pasta salad which was good, but I thing I would get the fries next time, they were amazing.
My parents got a smash burger that looked excellent, and my son got the kids chicken bites and fries. All good.
Price is reasonable, and all in all we were pleased for dinner.
I posted a new menu Pic because the others all seem to be out of date. This was the menu on 6/2/26

I tried the smash burger and fries at Taphouse Tavern and was impressed. The burger had a perfectly toasted brioche bun, a juicy smashed beef patty with a great sear, and plenty of melted cheese that added rich flavor in every bite. The fries were thick-cut, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside, making them the perfect side. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared, and the portion size was satisfying without being overwhelming. If you’re looking for a classic smash burger done right, this is definitely worth ordering. They had great music playing as well.
