Pros The room is fine the hotel is in a good location. The indoor and outdoor pool are nice. The pool bar is a nice addition to the outdoor area with the hammock and swinging chairs. Customer service at the front were pleasant anytime I interacted with them same as the support staff around the hotel.
Cons. The hotel allows smoking on the balconies and near the building which means if you dont want to deal with it when someone smokes you can't he on your balcony or have the door open.
The hot tubs inside and out are both not hot they are warm but not hot.

I loved it. We unfortunately went the weekend of a lot of sporting tournaments (kids), so the amenities were crowded and noisy, but apart from that, the hotel is pretty nice and located in a calm area of Ocean City. Check-in was smooth, parking cost was affordable, plenty of parking, and they gave us a gift card for the restaurant downstairs.
I booked the King Suite Ocean Pool View, which is the upgraded rooms (Note: Only pool and ocean view rooms are updated rooms). To me, the decor was still a little dated. The kitchen and bathroom area seem to be the areas that were mostly updated, but still a nice, clean, and spacious room. The elevators were a little sketchy lol.
The pool, jacuzzi, swim up bar, beach access, fire pits, and outdoor bar are the best part of this hotel, I loved it! We unfortunately didn’t swim because of all of the kids, but it was very clean.
I was a little disappointed that the swim up bar closed early, but I think it was because of the rain and the kids being rowdy. There is a bar across the street and in the restaurant in the lobby. The indoor pool and jacuzzi could use some upgrading.
Overall, I would definitely book again as it was a nice hotel, view, and amenities.

Room was clean, staff is amazing. Dionte at the front desk was great, and Wayne in maintenance resolved our AC issue quickly. We wished he outdoor bar and grill was open a little later is the only thing we think could be better.
